Ditmer Shala vs Driton Ristani

Boxing Daily Report from the Albania National Finals 2042,  taking place on 11/03/2042 from Tirana, Albania:

The Tirana venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ditmer Shala (7 - 4) who hails from Tirana, Albania and Driton Ristani(31 - 13) from Durres, Albania.  

Round 1: 

Shala is on target with a cross.  
Shala gets on the inside.  Ristani hits home with a left hook.  
Ristani closes the distance.  Ristani pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Shala quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Ristani throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Ristani ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Shala pushes his forearm into Ristani's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Shala to stop fouling.

Ristani advances into close range.  Ristani pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Ristani closes the distance.  Ristani quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Shala is on target with a left hook.  Shala tries to land a left hook, but Ristani parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Ristani quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Shala throws a right hook, but Ristani ties up his opponent.  Shala leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Ristani pushes his forearm into Shala's face.  The referee warns Ristani and breaks the clinch.  
Ristani walks Shala down, trapping him on the ropes.  Ristani sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Ristani switches the action to the outside.  Shala hits home with a cross.  
Ristani pivots to the side of his opponent and drives a solid left hook into Shala's liver.  
Ristani gets on the inside.  Ristani pivots to the left of his opponent.  Ristani hits home with a left hook.  Ristani clinches his opponent.  Shala is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Ristani advances into close range.  Ristani lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Shala feints a left hook, and then lands an overhand right.  
Ristani manages to force Shala onto the ropes.  Ristani pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ristani's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win.

Shala walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Ristani finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Shala steps inside.  Ristani connects with a right hook.
