Chul Koo vs Young-gwon Ju

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 24/03/2041 from Changwon, South Korea:

The Changwon venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Chul Koo (37 - 8) who hails from Changwon, South Korea and Young-gwon Ju(9 - 14(1)) from Gwangju, South Korea.  

Round 1: 

Koo lands a solid jab.  
Koo steps inside and hits home with a firm right hook.

Koo forces Ju to back into the ropes.  Koo hits home with a left uppercut.  
Koo is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Koo holds on to his opponent.  Ju leans on his opponent using all his weight. Koo pushes his forearm into Ju's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Koo lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Koo ties up his opponent.  Ju leans on his opponent using all his weight. Koo pushes his forearm into Ju's face.  The referee warns Koo and breaks the clinch.
