Henry McAfee vs Kiki Ruano

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 17/02/2041 from Juarez, Mexico:

The Juarez venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Henry McAfee (3 - 7) who hails from Glasgow, UK and Kiki Ruano(9 - 19) from Juarez, Mexico.  

Round 1: 

Ruano steps inside and drives a firm left hook into McAfee's body.  
McAfee switches the action to the outside and is on target with a jab.  McAfee attempts to land an overhand right, but Ruano sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Ruano closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Ruano tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
McAfee tries to step out of his opponents range.  McAfee sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a solid jab.

McAfee switches the action to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Ruano gets on the inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
McAfee tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Ruano gets on the inside.  McAfee throws a right hook, but Ruano holds on to his opponent.  Ruano is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ruano to stop fouling.
