Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 11/09/2040 from Los Angeles, USA:

The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are John Law (47(2) - 20) who hails from Santa Ana, USA and Owen MacQueen(2 - 2) from Oklahoma City, USA.  

Round 1: 

MacQueen manages to force Law onto the ropes.  Law lands a cross to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
MacQueen connects with a cross.  MacQueen attempts to land a cross, but Law sidesteps and counters with a right hook to MacQueen's body.  
Law lands a sharp jab.  
Law drives a cross into MacQueen's body.

Law closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  MacQueen recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Law is on target with a cross.  Law throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Law pivots to the right of his opponent, but MacQueen finds the target with a jab.  
Law steps inside.  MacQueen throws a left hook, but Law clinches his opponent.  Law pushes his forearm into MacQueen's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
MacQueen hits home with a firm cross.  
MacQueen connects with a right hook.  
MacQueen forces Law to back into a corner.  MacQueen lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Law drives a solid jab into his opponents face.  
MacQueen tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.

MacQueen walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Law lands a stinging jab.  
MacQueen walks Law onto the ropes.  MacQueen stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Law drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  
Law is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.
