Xavion Torrico vs Atif Haque

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 06/08/2040 from Ponce, Puerto Rico:

The Ponce venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Xavion Torrico (41 - 1) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Atif Haque(1 - 0) from Port Said, Egypt.  

Round 1: 

Haque tries to land a left hook, but Torrico blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Haque tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Torrico is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Torrico drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Haque connects with a cross.
