Phil Vizard vs Pyotr Sidorov

Boxing Daily Report from the Tehran 2040 Olympic Boxing Championships,  taking place on 13/07/2040 from Tehran, Iran:

The Tehran venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Round of 32 fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching the broadcast live from around the world, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Phil Vizard (10 - 7) who hails from Quebec City, Canada and Pyotr Sidorov(36(5) - 14(1)) from Bratsk, Russia.  

Round 1: 

Vizard tries to land a jab, but Sidorov slips the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Sidorov advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Sidorov pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Sidorov closes the distance.  Sidorov quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to Vizard's ribcage.  
Sidorov throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Vizard is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Vizard sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Vizard tries to keep the action at long range.  Vizard feints a jab, fooling Sidorov into throwing a left uppercut counter.  Vizard springs the trap and counters with  a firm left hook.

Sidorov closes the distance.  Sidorov pivots from in front of his opponent.  Sidorov lands a right uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Sidorov tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
It looks like Vizard has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Sidorov sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Sidorov advances into close range and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Sidorov lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Sidorov sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a left uppercut to Vizard's body.  
Vizard hits home with a firm left hook.
