Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 23/06/2040 from Charleston, USA:

The Charleston venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Bruce Kidd (23 - 14) who hails from Charleston, USA and Cole Bride(1 - 28(1)) from Independence, USA.  

Round 1:

Kidd advances into close range.  Kidd pivots to the side of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Kidd manages to force Bride into the corner.  Kidd lands a solid left uppercut.  
Kidd lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Bride feints a cross, and then lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Kidd steps inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Kidd holds on to his opponent.  Bride throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Bride lands a right hook.  Kidd clinches his opponent.  Kidd leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Bride throws a right hook, but Kidd clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Kidd pushes his forearm into Bride's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kidd about fouling.  
Kidd connects with a left hook.

Kidd walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Kidd lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kidd finds the target with a jab.  
Kidd pivots to the left of his opponent.  Bride throws a right hook, but Kidd clinches his opponent.  Kidd throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks Kidd's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
