Boxing Daily Report from the Tajikistan National Finals 2040,  taking place on 02/05/2040 from Dushanbe, Tajikistan:

The Dushanbe venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have the Final of the Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Firdovsi Abasov (20(8) - 17) who hails from Khujand, Tajikistan and Ismayil Abasov(15 - 4) from Dushanbe, Tajikistan.  

Round 1:

Firdovsi tries to keep the action at long range.  Firdovsi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Firdovsi throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Ismayil steps inside.  Firdovsi digs in a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Firdovsi tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Ismayil is looking to close the distance.  Ismayil pivots to the right of his opponent, but Firdovsi is on target with a right uppercut to Ismayil's ribcage.

Firdovsi throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Firdovsi sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Ismayil tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Firdovsi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross to the body followed by a overhand right to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Ismayil is looking to close the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Firdovsi senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Ismayil and just needs the right shot.  Firdovsi lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS ISMAYIL DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Ismayil now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Ismayil drives a firm right hook into his opponents body.  
Firdovsi digs in a left hook to Ismayil's ribs.

Firdovsi advances into close range.  Firdovsi sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Firdovsi throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the punch.  Firdovsi holds on to his opponent.  Firdovsi pushes his forearm into Ismayil's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Firdovsi to stop fouling.  
Firdovsi tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a solid cross.  
Firdovsi is on target with a sharp cross.  
Firdovsi is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Firdovsi sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Firdovsi steps inside and drives a potent right hook into his opponents ribs.  ISMAYIL IS DOWN!  HE FAILS TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Firdovsi!
