Boxing Daily Report from the Ghana National Finals 2040,  taking place on 26/03/2040 from Kumasi, Ghana:

The Kumasi venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Super Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Leeroy Addy (15 - 15) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Robert Awoonor(39(5) - 2) from Accra, Ghana.

Addy switches the action to the outside and finds the target with a sharp jab.  
Addy lands a solid cross.  
Addy tries to keep the action at long range.  Addy sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Awoonor gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Addy connects with a right hook.  Awoonor ties up his opponent.  Addy leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Awoonor pushes his forearm into Addy's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Awoonor to stop fouling.
