The Cebu City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Declan Sibayan (19 - 23) who hails from San Jose del Monte, Philippines and Mike Javier(13 - 16(1)) from Cebu City, Philippines.
