Boxing Daily Report from the Europe Boxing Championships 2040,  taking place on 12/01/2040 from Oslo, Norway:

The Oslo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Lightweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Kelsey Fedders (67(16) - 29) who hails from Roskilde, Denmark and Garvyn Gentes(26 - 9) from Mannheim, Germany.  

Round 1: 

Fedders closes the distance and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.

Fedders throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

Gentes is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Fedders lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Gentes cuts off the ring, trapping Fedders in the blue corner.  Fedders lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Fedders gets on the inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Fedders lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Fedders is on target with a sharp cross.  
Fedders advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body, AND GENTES IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Fedders is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Fedders lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Gentes now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.

Gentes throws a left uppercut, but Fedders clinches his opponent.  Fedders pushes his forearm into Gentes's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Fedders lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Fedders holds on to his opponent.  Fedders pushes his forearm into Gentes's face.  The referee warns Fedders and breaks the clinch.  
Fedders advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Gentes tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Fedders steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Fedders attempts to land a right hook, but Gentes slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Fedders forces Gentes to retreat onto the ropes.  Gentes throws a left hook, but Fedders clinches his opponent.  Fedders leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Fedders advances into close range and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Gentes sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Gentes tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Fedders gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Fedders ties up his opponent.  Gentes is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Fedders lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He then lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Gentes almost instantly recovers.

Fedders closes the distance.  Fedders pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Fedders lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Gentes is on target with a right hook.  
Fedders steps inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Fedders holds on to his opponent.  Fedders uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Gentes's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Fedders to stop fouling.  
Fedders lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Fedders ties up his opponent.  Fedders leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Gentes now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Gentes tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging cross.

Fedders connects with a stinging right hook.  
Fedders lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, AND SENDS GENTES SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Fedders!
