Boxing Daily Report from the Europe Boxing Championships 2040,  taking place on 09/01/2040 from Oslo, Norway:

The Oslo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Round of 16 fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Bartram Boe (28(2) - 16) who hails from Copenhagen, Denmark and Alessandro Sotir(26 - 17) from Athens, Greece.  

Round 1: 

Sotir snaps his opponents head back with a spiteful jab.  
Boe closes the distance.  Sotir connects with a left hook.  
Sotir steps to the outside.  Sotir sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Boe lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Boe is looking to close the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Boe drives a stinging right hook into Sotir's body.  
Sotir feints a left, and then lands with a spiteful jab.  
Sotir lands a left uppercut, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Boe steps inside.  Boe pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Boe pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut.  
Boe lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Boe is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Boe whips in a nasty right hook to his opponents ribcage.  SOTIR IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Sotir now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Sotir attempts to land a left hook, but Boe slips the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Boe steps inside.  Boe sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Boe closes the distance.  Boe pivots from in front of his opponent, but Sotir connects with a solid right hook.  
Sotir attempts to land a left uppercut, but Boe dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Boe lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES SOTIR!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  
Boe lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Boe is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Boe lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Sotir sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Boe closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.

Sotir throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Sotir hits home with an overhand right.  
Boe lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Boe sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Sotir lands a solid cross.  
Boe finds the target with a hard jab.  
Boe hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Boe sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Sotir quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Boe hits home with a spiteful jab.

Boe steps to the outside.  Boe is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Boe lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, AND SENDS SOTIR SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Boe!
