Juan Abela vs Niao-ka Ying

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 04/01/2040 from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil:

The Rio de Janeiro venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Juan Abela (5 - 4) who hails from Sao Goncalo, Brazil and Niao-ka Ying(1 - 1) from Xian, China.  

Round 1: 

Ying sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Abela lands a cross.  
Abela steps inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Ying is on target with a left hook to Abela's body.  
Ying tries to land a left hook, but Abela sidesteps and counters with a right hook to his opponents ribs.

Ying pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  Ying throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Abela's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ying's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.
