Hisao Sasaki vs Mark Hanton

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 04/01/2040 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Hisao Sasaki (13 - 1) who hails from Hachioji, Japan and Mark Hanton(3 - 14(2)) from New Haven, USA.  

Round 1: 

Sasaki is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits the target with a stinging jab.  
Sasaki is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab, overhand right and a jab to his opponents head.  Sasaki tries to land an overhand left, but Hanton blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to Sasaki's ribs.

Sasaki hits home with a sharp jab.  
Hanton throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.

Hanton attempts to land a cross, but Sasaki blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Hanton hits home with an overhand left.  
Hanton lands a cross.  
Sasaki is on target with a stinging cross.  
Hanton closes the distance and connects with a right uppercut.  
Hanton manages to force Sasaki into a corner.  Sasaki lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Hanton lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Sasaki lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.
