Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 03/01/2040 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Greg Abram (42(14) - 11) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Dave Cavan(1 - 36(1)) from Boston, USA.  

Round 1:

Cavan cuts off the ring, trapping Abram on the ropes.  Abram lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Cavan hits home with a cross.  Cavan throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook to Cavan's body.  
Abram advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.  Abram clinches his opponent.  Abram is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Abram's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Abram attempts to land a right hook, but Cavan blocks the shot and counters with a solid left hook to his opponents body.  
Abram lands a straight 1 - 2.  Abram attempts to land a jab, but Cavan blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Abram advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Abram lands a stinging right hook.  
Abram lands a left uppercut.  
Abram forces Cavan to back into the ropes.  Abram hits home with a firm right uppercut.  Abram clinches his opponent.  Cavan uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Abram behind the head.

Cavan lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Abram lands three consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Cavan digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Cavan hits home with a left hook.  
Abram gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  Abram ties up his opponent.  Cavan is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Cavan is on target with a sharp cross.  
Abram drives a stinging left uppercut into his opponents liver.  
Abram lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Abram is looking to force the stoppage!  Abram lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a cross to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body, AND SENDS CAVAN TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Cavan has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Abram is on target with a forceful left hook to Cavan's body.  CAVAN IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE IS STILL STRUGGLING TO HIS FEET AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Abram!
