Mark Proffitt vs Kris Halloran

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 27/12/2039 from Salt Lake City, USA:

The Salt Lake City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mark Proffitt (58(1) - 7) who hails from Las Vegas, USA and Kris Halloran(2 - 1) from Salt Lake City, USA.  

Round 1: 

Proffitt is on target with a jab.  
Proffitt lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Halloran steps inside.  Proffitt lands a left uppercut.  
Halloran lands a stinging right hook.  
Halloran throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid cross.

Halloran is looking to close the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Proffitt in a corner.  Proffitt is on target with a sharp right hook.
