Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 23/12/2039 from Nassau, Bahamas:

The Nassau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are John Maben (32 - 7) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Krastio á Khazanov(1 - 6) from Sofia, Bulgaria.  

Round 1:

Maben walks Khazanov down, trapping him on the ropes.  Maben throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps.  Maben holds on to his opponent.  Maben pushes his forearm into Khazanov's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Maben slams a hurtful left hook into Khazanov's body.  KHAZANOV WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Khazanov quickly recovers.

Maben throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Khazanov to the neutral corner.  He tells Maben he will lose a point if he continues to foul.

Maben walks his opponent down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Khazanov throws a left hook, but Maben ties up his opponent.  Khazanov is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Khazanov about fouling.  
Maben gets on the inside and crashes a big left hook to his opponents ribs.  KHAZANOV IS HURT!  
It looks like Khazanov has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Maben gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Maben slams a big right hook into Khazanov's ribcage.  DOWN GOES KHAZANOV!  HE IS UNABLE TO GET UP BEFORE THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Maben!
