Ryo Kuramoto vs Rio Baro

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 12/12/2039 from Juarez, Mexico:

The Juarez venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ryo Kuramoto (10 - 10) who hails from Sapporo, Japan and Rio Baro(2 - 6) from Juarez, Mexico.  

Round 1: 

Baro advances into close range and digs in a right uppercut to Kuramoto's ribs.  
Kuramoto is looking to keep his distance and snaps his opponents head back with a spiteful jab.  
Kuramoto steps to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Baro sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Baro lands a solid left hook.  
Kuramoto throws a left hook, but Baro holds on to his opponent.  Baro tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Kuramoto behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Baro to stop fouling.  
Baro lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  Baro ties up his opponent.  Baro is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Baro about fouling.  
Baro steps inside and throws a left uppercut, but his opponent avoids the punch.  Baro holds on to his opponent.  Kuramoto is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kuramoto steps away from his opponent.  Kuramoto sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kuramoto attempts to land a jab, but Baro slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kuramoto is on target with a jab.  
Baro lands a jab.  
Baro is looking to close the distance.  Kuramoto tries to land a left hook, but Baro blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Kuramoto switches the action to the outside and hits home with an overhand right.  
Kuramoto lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Baro lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Baro manages to force Kuramoto into the corner.  Kuramoto throws a left hook, but Baro ties up his opponent.  Baro leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Baro lands a left hook.

Baro lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kuramoto tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with an overhand right.  
Baro gets on the inside.  Kuramoto throws a left hook, but Baro ties up his opponent.  Kuramoto is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kuramoto is on target with a right hook.  
Baro gets on the inside and forces Kuramoto to back into the red corner.  Baro is on target with a stinging right hook to Kuramoto's ribs.  
Baro lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Baro steps inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Baro connects with a firm left uppercut.  
Kuramoto finds the target with a spiteful jab.  
Baro advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Baro crashes a nasty right hook to Kuramoto's ribcage.  DOWN GOES KURAMOTO!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  
Baro walks Kuramoto onto the ropes.  Baro is on target with a solid right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Baro lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Baro holds on to his opponent.  Kuramoto throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Kuramoto is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Baro lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Baro is on target with a left uppercut.  
Kuramoto steps away from his opponent and lands with a spiteful jab.

Baro digs in a powerful right hook to his opponents body.  KURAMOTO IS HURT!  Baro clinches his opponent.  Baro leans on his opponent using all his weight. Baro tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Kuramoto behind the head. 
Kuramoto tries to step out of his opponents range.  Baro sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Baro slams a nasty right hook into his opponents body.  KURAMOTO HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Baro lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Baro is looking to close the distance.  Baro lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body, AND DOWN GOES KURAMOTO!  The count reaches 10, but Kuramoto is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Baro!
