Paul Sleigh vs Pita Paku

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 08/12/2039 from Los Angeles, USA:

The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Paul Sleigh (35 - 8) who hails from Fremont, USA and Pita Paku(6 - 32(1)) from Honolulu, USA.  

Round 1: 

Sleigh is on target with a sharp cross.  
Paku manouvers Sleigh onto the ropes.  Paku lands a left hook.  
Paku pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a right hook into Sleigh's ribs.  
Sleigh lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Sleigh lands with a ramrod jab.  
Sleigh lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Sleigh lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Sleigh steps inside.  Paku connects with a right hook.  
Sleigh advances into close range and connects with a right uppercut.

Sleigh walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Sleigh lands a left hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Paku sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Sleigh attempts to land a cross, but Paku parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Sleigh advances into close range and hits home with a solid left uppercut.  
Paku is on target with a cross.  
Paku closes the distance.  Sleigh is on target with a solid left hook.  
Sleigh lands a left hook.  
Paku digs in a left hook to Sleigh's body.  
Paku lands a right hook.  
Sleigh lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Sleigh throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Sleigh throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Sleigh gets on the inside.  Sleigh drives a right hook into his opponents body.  Sleigh goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Paku's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Paku lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Sleigh connects with a left hook.  
Sleigh lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Paku closes the distance.  Paku sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Sleigh lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Sleigh lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Paku connects with a left hook.  Paku tries to land a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Paku gets on the inside.  Sleigh tries to land a left hook, but Paku slips the shot and counters with a cross.
