Joe Leishman vs Justin Ivers

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 15/11/2039 from Miami, USA:

The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Joe Leishman (79 - 10) who hails from Tallahassee, USA and Justin Ivers(2 - 15) from New York City, USA.  

Round 1: 

Leishman closes the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Ivers is looking to keep his distance.  Ivers stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Leishman throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Leishman closes the distance.  Leishman sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a left uppercut into Ivers's body.  
Leishman lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Leishman cuts off the ring, trapping Ivers in a corner.  Leishman lands a right hook.

Leishman hits home with a stinging right hook.  Leishman ties up his opponent.  Ivers leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
