Dave Muir vs Greg Aitken

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 27/10/2039 from El Paso, USA:

The El Paso venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Muir (2 - 1) who hails from Houston, USA and Greg Aitken(2 - 4) from Long Beach, USA.  

Round 1: 

Aitken closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Aitken lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Muir hits home with a left hook.  
Aitken gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook to Muir's body.  
Muir lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  
Aitken advances into close range.  Muir attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Aitken's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Muir steps to the outside.  Aitken attempts to land a jab, but Muir slips the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Muir steps to the outside and lands an overhand left followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Muir steps to the outside.  Muir feints a right hook, and then tries to land a jab, but Aitken sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Muir closes the distance.  Muir sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.

Muir tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Muir switches the action to the outside.  Aitken lands a solid cross.  
Aitken connects with a left hook.  
Muir hits home with a firm right hook.  
Aitken lands a solid left hook.  
Aitken closes the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
Muir is looking to keep his distance and throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Muir steps away from his opponent.  Aitken connects with a solid cross.
