Michi Makino vs Shayan Ayub

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 26/10/2039 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Michi Makino (41 - 5) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Shayan Ayub(0 - 7) from Maiduguri, Nigeria.  

Round 1: 

Makino closes the distance and is on target with a stinging right hook.  
Makino lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Ayub attempts to land a jab, but Makino sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Makino gets on the inside and drives a left uppercut into his opponents ribs.  
Ayub is on target with a right uppercut.  
Makino advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.

Ayub sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Makino is on target with a right uppercut to Ayub's ribcage.  
Makino is looking to close the distance.  Ayub is on target with a solid left hook.  
Makino connects with a solid right hook.  Makino clinches his opponent.  Ayub leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Makino's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Ayub's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!
