Inigo Szuba vs Bob Boyle

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 25/07/2039 from Chicago, USA:

The Chicago venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Inigo Szuba (45(2) - 13(1)) who hails from Chicago, USA and Bob Boyle(7 - 44(4)) from Baton Rouge, USA.  

Round 1: 

Szuba is on target with a jab.

Boyle waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Szuba throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Boyle time to recover.

Boyle sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Boyle attempts to land a left uppercut, but Szuba parries the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut to Boyle's body.  
Boyle gets on the inside and walks Szuba down, trapping him on the ropes.  Boyle digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Szuba tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with an overhand right.  
Boyle lands a right hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Szuba closes the distance.  Boyle digs in a left uppercut to Szuba's body.  Szuba clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Szuba pushes his forearm into Boyle's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Szuba about fouling.

Boyle advances into close range and tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Szuba throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Szuba clinches his opponent.  Szuba is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Szuba tries to keep the action at long range.  Szuba waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Boyle is on target with a jab.  
Szuba tries to step out of his opponents range and connects with a cross.  
Boyle is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but Szuba ties up his opponent.  Boyle leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
