Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 23/06/2039 from Las Vegas, USA:

The Las Vegas venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Rich Boward (40 - 11) who hails from North Las Vegas, USA and James Younie(1 - 9) from Dallas, USA.  

Round 1: 

Boward steps inside.  Boward pivots to the side of his opponent, but Younie is on target with a right hook.  
Younie stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Boward lands a right uppercut.  
Younie is looking to keep his distance.  Boward lands a jab, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head.  
Boward finds the target with a jab.  
Boward advances into close range.  Younie throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm left hook.  
Boward attempts to land a jab, but Younie slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Boward gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Boward walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Boward throws a left uppercut, but the shot is blocked.  Boward clinches his opponent.  Boward is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Younie throws a right uppercut, but Boward ties up his opponent.  Boward leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Younie pushes his forearm into Boward's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Boward hits home with a left hook.  Boward throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Boward lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  
Boward closes the distance.  Younie throws a left uppercut, but Boward clinches his opponent.  Boward is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Boward's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Boward lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Boward steps inside and lands a left hook, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Younie tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Boward pivots to the side of his opponent.  Boward lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Boward ties up his opponent.  Boward is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Boward's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Younie's trainer is telling his fighter he needs a knockout to win!

As they grapple, Younie pushes his forearm into Boward's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Younie about fouling.  
Boward drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Younie connects with a sharp right hook.  
Boward is on target with a sharp left uppercut to his opponents body.  Boward clinches his opponent.  Boward leans on his opponent using all his weight. Younie pushes his forearm into Boward's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Younie to stop fouling.  
Boward steps inside and lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.
