Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 07/06/2039 from Macon, USA:

The Macon venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are John Oswald (67(3) - 10) who hails from Augusta, USA and Bob Boyle(7 - 40(3)) from Baton Rouge, USA.  

Round 1: 

Boyle steps inside.  Oswald lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Boyle digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Oswald connects with a stinging right hook.  
Oswald lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  
Boyle throws a right hook, but Oswald holds on to his opponent.  Oswald pushes his forearm into Boyle's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Oswald is on target with a stinging cross.  Oswald throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Oswald advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Oswald holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Boyle pushes his forearm into Oswald's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Boyle to stop fouling.  
Boyle attempts to land a right uppercut, but Oswald slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Oswald is looking to close the distance and drives a firm left hook into Boyle's liver.  
Boyle digs in a right hook to Oswald's body.  Oswald ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Oswald pushes his forearm into Boyle's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Oswald about fouling.

Boyle goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Oswald time to recover.

Oswald steps inside and is on target with a stinging left hook to Boyle's liver.  Oswald ties up his opponent.  Oswald tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Boyle behind the head. Boyle leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Oswald lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Oswald steps inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Oswald holds on to his opponent.  Boyle hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. Oswald leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Oswald's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Oswald drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  Oswald ties up his opponent.  Oswald uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Boyle's kidney. 
Oswald lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Oswald is on target with a firm cross.

Oswald connects with a nasty left hook.  BOYLE IS DOWN!  HE IS UNABLE TO GET UP BEFORE THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Oswald!
