Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 26/05/2039 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Andy Saul (78(15) - 11) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Kei Shibata(6 - 6(1)) from Sendai, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Saul advances into close range and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Saul clinches his opponent.  Shibata throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Shibata tries to keep the action at long range.  Saul lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Shibata switches the action to the outside.  Saul lands a cross.

Shibata attempts to land a cross, but Saul slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Saul hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Saul lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Saul lands a left hook followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Shibata pivots to the left of his opponent.  Shibata lands a jab.  Shibata throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp cross.
