Gonzalo Soza vs Seamus Doyle

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 16/04/2039 from Mexico City, Mexico:

The Mexico City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Gonzalo Soza (19 - 12) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Seamus Doyle(1 - 6) from Galway, Ireland.  

Round 1: 

Soza is looking to keep his distance and strikes his opponents body with a jab.

Soza is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a spiteful jab.  
Soza steps to the outside and is on target with an overhand left.  
Doyle steps inside and is on target with a left hook.  Soza clinches his opponent.  Soza tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Doyle behind the head. 
Soza is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Soza connects with a sharp right hook.  Soza clinches his opponent.  Soza leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.
