Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 08/04/2039 from Miami, USA:

The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are John Sterett (18 - 2) who hails from St. Petersburg, USA and Wayne Beveridge(1 - 5) from Anchorage, USA.  

Round 1:

Sterett closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Sterett pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Sterett quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to Beveridge's body.  
Sterett lands a cross.

Sterett voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Beveridge accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Sterett.  
Beveridge pivots to the right of his opponent.  Beveridge attempts to land a cross, but Sterett dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Sterett tries to land a cross, but Beveridge sidesteps and counters with a right hook.
