Brin Alarcon vs Gus Roque

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 27/03/2039 from Malolos, Philippines:

The Malolos venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Brin Alarcon (1 - 11) who hails from San Jose del Monte, Philippines and Gus Roque(6 - 12) from Malolos, Philippines.  

Round 1: 

Alarcon finds the target with a jab.

Roque gets on the inside.  Alarcon throws a right uppercut, but Roque holds on to his opponent.  Roque uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Alarcon behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Alarcon switches the action to the outside.  Alarcon sidesteps to the left of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Alarcon connects with a cross.  
Roque lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Roque quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Roque advances into close range.  Roque quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Alarcon throws a left hook, but Roque ties up his opponent.  Roque leans on his opponent using all his weight. Roque pushes his forearm into Alarcon's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Roque about fouling.
