Boxing Daily Report from the Costa Rica National Finals 2039,  taking place on 11/03/2039 from San Jose, Costa Rica:

The San Jose venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Lightweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dario Zaragosa (3 - 6) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Vicente Magin(16 - 19) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  

Round 1:

Magin pivots to the side of his opponent.  Magin drives a left hook into his opponents body.  Magin ties up his opponent.  Magin is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Magin sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to Zaragosa's body.  
Zaragosa throws a left hook, but Magin holds on to his opponent.  Magin leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Magin stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Zaragosa lands a straight 1 - 2.
