Jun Suzuki vs Angel Agtarap

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 09/12/2038 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jun Suzuki (12 - 26) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Angel Agtarap(3 - 6) from Cainta, Philippines.  

Round 1: 

Suzuki digs in a right hook to Agtarap's ribs.  
Suzuki closes the distance.  Agtarap lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Suzuki lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Suzuki lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Suzuki digs in a left uppercut to Agtarap's ribs.  
Suzuki advances into close range and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Suzuki lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Suzuki lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Suzuki cuts off the ring, trapping Agtarap on the ropes.  Suzuki drives a stinging right hook into Agtarap's body.  
Suzuki lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Agtarap sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Agtarap tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Suzuki steps inside and attempts to land a right uppercut, but Agtarap dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.

Suzuki leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Suzuki pushes his forearm into Agtarap's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Agtarap switches the action to the outside.  Agtarap sidesteps to the right of his opponent and snaps his opponents head back with a spiteful jab.

Agtarap pivots to the right of his opponent, but Suzuki digs in a stinging right hook to Agtarap's ribcage.  
Suzuki advances into close range and drives a sharp right hook into Agtarap's ribcage.  
Agtarap lands a cross.  
Suzuki lands a sharp jab.  
Suzuki snaps his opponents head back with a sharp jab.  
Agtarap pivots to the side of his opponent.  Agtarap attempts to land a jab, but Suzuki slips the shot and counters with a stinging cross.

Agtarap goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Suzuki's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
