The Garoua venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Julien Saint-Jean (17 - 23) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Marlon Djone(0 - 2) from Garoua, Cameroon.  

Round 1: 

Saint-Jean closes the distance.  Saint-Jean pivots to the left of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Saint-Jean walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Djone is on target with a right hook.  
Djone finds the target with a jab.

Djone attempts to land a right uppercut, but Saint-Jean parries the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Saint-Jean closes the distance.  Djone throws a left hook, but Saint-Jean ties up his opponent.  Saint-Jean leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Saint-Jean uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Djone behind the head. 
Saint-Jean is on target with a left hook to Djone's ribs.  
Saint-Jean throws a right hook, but his opponent steps away from the shot.  Saint-Jean holds on to his opponent.  Djone is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Djone lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Saint-Jean walks Djone down, trapping him in the corner.  Djone digs in a left hook to his opponents body.
