Peter Elijah vs Leon Abbey

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 18/11/2038 from Miami, USA:

The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Peter Elijah (51(11) - 21) who hails from Cape Coral, USA and Leon Abbey(0 - 6) from Evansville, USA.  

Round 1: 

Abbey manages to force Elijah into a corner.  Elijah lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Elijah lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Abbey throws a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a solid cross.

Elijah gets on the inside and forces Abbey to retreat into the corner.  Elijah lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Abbey throws a left hook, but Elijah clinches his opponent.  Elijah tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Abbey's kidney. Elijah is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.
