The Cleveland venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.

Patterson gets on the inside and hits home with a left hook.  Seff clinches his opponent.  Seff throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Seff about fouling.  
Seff gets on the inside and lands a left hook.  
Seff hits home with a stinging cross.  
Patterson tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.

Seff throws a right uppercut, but Patterson holds on to his opponent.  Patterson leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
