Wayne Lockie vs John Dacus

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 10/10/2038 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Wayne Lockie (43 - 15) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and John Dacus(4 - 3) from Detroit, USA.  

Round 1:

Lockie sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Lockie lands a solid jab.  Lockie tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Lockie's body.

Dacus gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but Lockie ties up his opponent.  Lockie pushes his forearm into Dacus's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Lockie.  
Dacus gets on the inside.  Lockie lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Dacus steps away from his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Dacus throws a right hook, but Lockie holds on to his opponent.  Dacus uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Lockie behind the head. Dacus pushes his forearm into Lockie's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Dacus to stop fouling.  
Lockie is on target with an overhand left.  
Dacus forces Lockie to retreat onto the ropes.  Dacus pivots to the left of his opponent, but Lockie hits home with a sharp jab.  
Lockie sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Lockie tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Dacus lands a right hook.  
Lockie lands a cross.  
Lockie tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with a cross.  
Lockie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a jab, overhand left and a cross to his opponents head.  
Dacus forces Lockie to back into the ropes.  Dacus sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Dacus throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
