Fumio Sunada vs Yuji Tamanaha

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 07/10/2038 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Fumio Sunada (40 - 7) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Yuji Tamanaha(2 - 3) from Chiba, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Sunada is on target with a jab.  
Tamanaha sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Sunada connects with a left hook.

Sunada steps away from his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  Sunada tries to land a cross, but Tamanaha blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to Sunada's liver.  
Sunada sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands an overhand right.

Sunada finds the target with a jab.  
Tamanaha advances into close range.  Sunada throws a left uppercut, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  Sunada holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks Sunada's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
