Raul Bobet vs Elliot Nevitt

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 01/10/2038 from Quebec City, Canada:

The Quebec City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Raul Bobet (6 - 2) who hails from Laval, Canada and Elliot Nevitt(3 - 4) from San Antonio, USA.  

Round 1: 

Bobet sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Bobet is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents body.  Bobet attempts to land a cross, but Nevitt parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Nevitt lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Bobet steps inside and drives a right hook into Nevitt's body.  
Nevitt steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Nevitt is on target with a jab.  
Bobet drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Nevitt voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Bobet steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  Bobet digs in a left hook to Nevitt's body.  
Bobet advances into close range and lands a left hook.  
Nevitt lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Bobet connects with a cross.  
Bobet is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Bobet quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Nevitt hits home with a cross.  
Bobet steps inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Bobet closes the distance.  Bobet pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into Nevitt's body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Nevitt's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win.

Nevitt steps to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Nevitt lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Nevitt tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.
