Yasushi Suzuki vs Yutaka Asai

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 07/09/2038 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Yasushi Suzuki (23 - 11) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Yutaka Asai(0 - 1) from Fukuoka, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Suzuki lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Asai throws a left hook, but Suzuki holds on to his opponent.  Suzuki leans on his opponent using all his weight. Suzuki tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Asai behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Suzuki about fouling.  
Suzuki is looking to close the distance and hits home with a left hook.  Suzuki ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Asai pushes his forearm into Suzuki's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Asai.  
Suzuki connects with a solid cross.  
Suzuki hits home with a firm left hook.  
Asai lands a stiff jab.  
Asai tries to land a jab, but Suzuki slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Suzuki steps inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Suzuki manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Asai is on target with a left uppercut.  Suzuki clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Suzuki pushes his forearm into Asai's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Suzuki to stop fouling.  
Suzuki gets on the inside.  Asai throws a left uppercut, but Suzuki holds on to his opponent.  Suzuki uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Asai behind the head. Asai leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Suzuki hits home with a stiff jab.  
Asai throws a left hook, but Suzuki ties up his opponent.  Suzuki leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Suzuki is looking to close the distance.  Suzuki quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Asai hits home with a left uppercut.  
Asai pivots to the side of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.
