Daiki Takagi vs Floyd Paden

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 03/09/2038 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Daiki Takagi (17 - 5) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Floyd Paden(2 - 37(2)) from Gold Coast, Australia.  

Round 1: 

Takagi steps inside and hits home with a left hook.

Paden advances into close range and attempts to land a right hook, but Takagi slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Paden manouvers Takagi onto the ropes.  Takagi drives a right hook into Paden's body.  
Takagi hits home with a solid left hook.  
Paden lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Takagi strikes his opponents body with a stinging cross.  
Paden gets on the inside.  Takagi throws a left uppercut, but his opponent avoids the punch.  Takagi ties up his opponent.  Paden is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Takagi is on target with a right hook.  Takagi holds on to his opponent.  Paden uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Takagi's kidney. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Takagi drives a left hook into Paden's liver.  Takagi ties up his opponent.  Paden pushes his forearm into Takagi's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Paden.  
Paden lands a left hook.  
Takagi closes the distance.  Takagi pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.

Paden lands a right hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.
