Kenji Hara vs Mel Boas

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 03/09/2038 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Kenji Hara (15 - 10) who hails from Fuchu, Japan and Mel Boas(4 - 13) from Georgetown, Guyana.  

Round 1: 

Boas gets on the inside.  Boas pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a left uppercut.  
Boas finds the target with a jab.  
Boas tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a cross.  
Boas is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a sharp cross.  
Boas is looking to close the distance and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Boas lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Hara connects with a solid overhand left.  
Boas attempts to land a cross, but Hara blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.

Boas steps inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Hara on the ropes.  Boas connects with a right hook.

Hara switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Boas lands a right hook.  
Boas finds the target with a sharp jab.  
Hara is on target with a jab.  
Boas gets on the inside.  Hara lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Boas gets on the inside.  Boas quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.
