Yoshi Masaki vs Keiichi Yonamine

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 18/07/2038 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Yoshi Masaki (36 - 2) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Keiichi Yonamine(1 - 1) from Ichikawa, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Masaki strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Masaki lands with a hard jab.  
Masaki is looking to keep the action on the outside and throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Masaki tries to keep the action at long range.  Masaki sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Masaki steps to the outside.  Masaki feints a right hook, and then lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Masaki tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab.  Masaki throws an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Yonamine attempts to land a cross, but Masaki blocks the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.

As they grapple, Masaki pushes his forearm into Yonamine's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Masaki about fouling.  
Masaki steps to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Masaki is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a stinging jab.  
Masaki is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Yonamine manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Masaki lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Yonamine digs in a right hook to Masaki's ribs.  
Yonamine sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut.
