Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 13/05/2038 from Nassau, Bahamas:

The Nassau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Steven Tolmie (35(1) - 7) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Igorr Glavan(0 - 2) from Athens, Greece.  

Round 1: 

Tolmie lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Tolmie advances into close range and connects with a sharp right hook.

Glavan throws a right hook, but Tolmie ties up his opponent.  Tolmie is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Tolmie closes the distance and connects with a stinging left hook.  
Tolmie hits home with a right hook.  Tolmie throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Tolmie closes the distance and walks Glavan onto the ropes.  Tolmie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Tolmie drives a solid right hook into Glavan's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE GLAVAN WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Tolmie clinches his opponent.  Tolmie leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Some sustained pressure from Tolmie could be enough to finish Glavan!  Tolmie lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body, AND DROPS GLAVAN TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Glavan has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Glavan attempts to land a jab, but Tolmie sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Tolmie lands a jab, left hook and a cross to his opponents head.  
Tolmie is on target with a left hook.  Tolmie tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.
