Tajo Mosco vs Sagaz Alonzo

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 08/05/2038 from Ponce, Puerto Rico:

The Ponce venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Tajo Mosco (1 - 2) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Sagaz Alonzo(2 - 4) from San Juan, Puerto Rico.  

Round 1: 

Alonzo advances into close range.  Mosco connects with a sharp left hook.

Alonzo drives a right hook into Mosco's body.  
Mosco is on target with a sharp left hook to Alonzo's ribs.  
Mosco tries to land a jab, but Alonzo slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Mosco throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Alonzo is on target with a jab.  
Alonzo lands a cross.  
Alonzo feints a cross, tricking Mosco into launching a right uppercut counter.  Alonzo springs the trap, countering with  a left hook to Mosco's body.  
Mosco is on target with a stinging left hook.

Alonzo steps inside and forces Mosco to retreat onto the ropes.  Alonzo hits home with a stinging left hook.

Mosco steps away from his opponent.  Alonzo throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Mosco sidesteps to the right of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Alonzo steps inside and manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Mosco is on target with a left hook.  
Mosco lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.
