Max Hemphill vs Robert Parirenyatwa

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 06/05/2038 from Nassau, Bahamas:

The Nassau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Max Hemphill (3 - 3) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Robert Parirenyatwa(1 - 8) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  

Round 1: 

Hemphill switches the action to the outside and tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to Hemphill's ribs.  
Hemphill lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Hemphill sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a sharp cross.  
Hemphill hits home with a cross.  Hemphill throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Hemphill is looking to keep his distance and lands a solid cross.  
Parirenyatwa walks Hemphill into a corner.  Hemphill is on target with a right hook.

Parirenyatwa steps inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Parirenyatwa attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Hemphill time to recover.  
Hemphill lands with a stinging jab.  
Hemphill lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Parirenyatwa gets on the inside and lands a left hook.  
Parirenyatwa closes the distance and lands a right hook.  
Hemphill lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Hemphill lands a jab, overhand left and a jab to his opponents head.
