Boxing Daily Report from the Zambia National Finals 2038,  taking place on 26/04/2038 from Kitwe, Zambia:

The Kitwe venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Roshaun Kamwengo (21(3) - 7) who hails from Ndola, Zambia and Xyshaun Armengol(11 - 10) from Lusaka, Zambia.  

Round 1: 

Kamwengo advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Armengol lands a right hook.  
Kamwengo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Armengol tries to land a right hook, but Kamwengo sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kamwengo pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Kamwengo is on target with a right uppercut to Armengol's body.  
Kamwengo lands a left uppercut.  
Armengol feints a cross, and then is on target with a left hook.  
Kamwengo closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Kamwengo lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Armengol pivots from in front of his opponent and lands with a stinging jab.  
Kamwengo tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Kamwengo closes the distance.  Kamwengo pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Armengol lands with a spiteful jab.  
Kamwengo gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Kamwengo ties up his opponent.  Armengol is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Kamwengo is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kamwengo about fouling.  
Kamwengo forces Armengol to retreat onto the ropes.  Kamwengo lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Kamwengo ties up his opponent.  Kamwengo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Kamwengo's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Armengol hits home with a right hook.  Kamwengo ties up his opponent.  Kamwengo uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Armengol behind the head. Armengol pushes his forearm into Kamwengo's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kamwengo is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents liver.  
Armengol lands with a stinging jab.  
Kamwengo lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Kamwengo ties up his opponent.  Armengol is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Armengol to stop fouling.  
Kamwengo steps inside and is on target with a firm right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kamwengo is looking to close the distance.  Kamwengo pivots to the side of his opponent and whips in a hurtful left uppercut to Armengol's ribs.  IT LOOKS LIKE ARMENGOL WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Kamwengo senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Kamwengo digs in a potent left uppercut to his opponents liver.  ARMENGOL HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  
Kamwengo digs in a potent right uppercut to his opponents body.  DOWN GOES ARMENGOL!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.

Kamwengo advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Kamwengo ties up his opponent.  Kamwengo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Kamwengo's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Armengol lands a jab, right hook and a cross to his opponents head.  
Armengol is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross.  
Kamwengo gets on the inside and drives a sharp left hook into his opponents liver.  
Kamwengo lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Armengol is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Kamwengo knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Kamwengo lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS ARMENGOL!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Kamwengo!
