Boxing Daily Report from the Thailand National Finals 2038,  taking place on 26/04/2038 from Nonthaburi, Thailand:

The Nonthaburi venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Sirimongkol Banchamek (3 - 2) who hails from Bangkok, Thailand and Wisanu Samanda(7 - 9) from Udon Thani, Thailand.

Samanda switches the action to the outside.  Samanda quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Banchamek hits home with a cross.  
Banchamek closes the distance and lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Banchamek lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Samanda hits home with a right hook.  
Banchamek walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Banchamek drives a right hook into Samanda's ribs.  
Samanda closes the distance.  Samanda pivots to the left of his opponent.  Samanda throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Banchamek's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Banchamek steps inside.  Samanda throws a right hook, but Banchamek holds on to his opponent.  Banchamek uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Samanda's kidney. The ref breaks Banchamek's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Banchamek steps inside.  Samanda lands a solid right hook.  
Banchamek digs in a right hook to Samanda's ribcage.  
Banchamek manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Banchamek lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Banchamek lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Banchamek lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Banchamek advances into close range and is on target with a sharp right hook.  Banchamek ties up his opponent.  Samanda is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Samanda tries to land a jab, but Banchamek slips the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Banchamek is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a sharp overhand left.  
Samanda quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.

He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DROPS SAMANDA TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Banchamek clinches his opponent.  Banchamek throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Banchamek about fouling.  
Banchamek thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Samanda away.  Banchamek drives a potent left uppercut into Samanda's body.  SAMANDA IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Banchamek!
