Boxing Daily Report from the South Korea National Finals 2038,  taking place on 26/04/2038 from Goyang, South Korea:

The Goyang venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Lightweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Sung-ryong Chong (25(2) - 12) who hails from Cheongju, South Korea and Chang-soo Kang(16 - 8(1)) from Jeonju, South Korea.  

Round 1:

Chong lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Kang tries to land a left hook, but Chong sidesteps and counters with a WICKED right uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE KANG WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Kang almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Kang attempts to land a cross, but Chong sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Chong advances into close range.  Kang connects with a left hook.  Kang tries to land a right hook, but Chong blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.
