James Stenhouse vs Robert Lang

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 19/04/2038 from New York City, USA:

The New York City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are James Stenhouse (10 - 1) who hails from New York City, USA and Robert Lang(1 - 21(1)) from Stamford, USA.  

Round 1: 

Lang walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Lang lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Lang is looking to close the distance.  Stenhouse lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Lang quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Stenhouse is on target with a solid right uppercut.  
Stenhouse steps away from his opponent and lands a jab to the head, a cross to the head and a jab to the body.  
Lang walks Stenhouse into the corner.  Lang snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  
Lang finds the target with a solid jab.  
Lang closes the distance and manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Stenhouse hits home with a left uppercut.  
Lang digs in a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Lang lands a right hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Stenhouse connects with a firm cross.  
Stenhouse hits home with a solid jab.  
Stenhouse lands an overhand right to the head followed by a jab to the body.

Stenhouse drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Lang throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Stenhouse lands a jab followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Lang tries to land a cross, but Stenhouse parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Stenhouse attempts to land a jab, but Lang slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Lang lands a jab.  
Lang attempts to land a right hook, but Stenhouse parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Stenhouse steps to the outside and lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Lang lands a stinging overhand right.  Lang tries to land an overhand left, but Stenhouse sidesteps and counters with a solid cross.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Stenhouse's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win. Lang's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!

Lang closes the distance.  Lang sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Stenhouse lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Lang sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Lang attempts to land a jab, but Stenhouse dodges the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Stenhouse sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands with a hard jab.  
Stenhouse is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Stenhouse feints a left hook, and then lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.
