Drago Mance vs John McArdle

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 16/04/2038 from Zagreb, Croatia:

The Zagreb venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Drago Mance (6 - 9) who hails from Zagreb, Croatia and John McArdle(2 - 2) from Gold Coast, Australia.  

Round 1: 

McArdle sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Mance lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
McArdle steps inside.  Mance drives a left hook into McArdle's body.  
McArdle lands a firm left hook.  
Mance lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Mance steps inside and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
McArdle connects with a left hook.  
Mance is on target with a left hook.  
McArdle forces Mance to back into the ropes.  McArdle quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Mance tries to land a left uppercut, but McArdle blocks the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Mance tries to land a jab, but McArdle dodges the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Mance drives a cross into his opponents body.  
Mance lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Mance lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
McArdle is looking to close the distance.  Mance lands a right uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  
Mance steps away from his opponent and is on target with a jab.  Mance tries to land a jab, but McArdle slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Mance gets on the inside.  Mance goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives McArdle time to recover.  
Mance tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a jab.  
McArdle sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Mance lands a sharp jab.  
Mance hits home with a left hook.  
McArdle is on target with a sharp left hook.
