Ragsac manages to force Dugay onto the ropes.  Ragsac lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Dugay could be stopped here, if Ragsac can find the right shot!  Ragsac lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES DUGAY!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Ragsac!
